so when Matt Pacini made comments on Brantley's forum about an email I sent him, that was OK?
Try being consistent.

I made reference to one sentence from one of Super-8 Booster's emails. And oddly enough, it was about Mattias.

If one can never ever mention even one very small email comment, then that allows the email sender to say whatever they want just to appease the person they are sending the email to. I pointed this out to Super-8 Booster and he wouldn't acknowledge the truth.

Do you ignore how manipulative it is to say many things in an email and then demand the other person never mention even one word, ever? Especially when it is central to the issue at hand? You yourself have said Mattias is a **** .
Super-8 Booster said to me via email that Mattias was "almost kicked off of Shooting 8mm".

But we all know now that was BS. Strange how it all points to validating my point. Mattias insulted me, I responed, Roger defended Mattias, then I get banned.

Sounds like my take on Mattias is right on. My reward, you and Super-8 Booster delete all of your threads on this forum. You were posers on this forum, posers are barely one step above child molestors.

Now factor in the one time you got upset with me was over an ebay topic post well before Matt Pacini. Isn't it just possible that you overreacted, since you do sell on ebay quite a bit?

Isn't it possible that you are biased because you are an ebay seller? If you look at my praises, they all say that I pay quickly. I do that out of consideration to the seller.

Perhaps you could have cut me some slack on the points I was making. They were not outlandish. The guy upped his price by lying about the condition of the camera. I simply asked he accept a lower price, he did not.

I then asked ebay to honor their ebay insurance program, they did not. I recently won a small claims court settlement of over $2,000 dollars.
I won because I determined who was at fault and why.

So once more I'll ask, were there problems on this forum over the last year that you were posting somewhat regularly?

Alex, In an effort to get away from this forum and to follows others suggestions ("agree to disagree and move on") here's a simple solution.

Give everyone back their editing a post function and you have my promise that no more of my past posts will be edited, by me. If you do give back editing function and I start to edit my old posts again then all the egg is my face, right? However if you refuse and continue to mention my id then its clear you don't want me to go away and its becomes more than obvious that you are just using the statement "well, you can thank cameraguy and s8booster for not being able to edit your posts" as a flame bait trump card to attract attention.

It's pretty simple and is fair, right?

I've had no problems with any seller ever until recently (turned out to be a known Super 8 user, though not from any forum). I've had tons of problems with buyers. Aside from lazy non payers, lots of deceitful attempts at wanting direct refund from a (supposedly) damaged package, attempts to cancel money orders, hiding behind Paypal's or ebay's unwillingness to take action etc etc...

As for the above: I don't know the seller lied. He said he wasn't happy with selling you a camera that didn't work right. You assumed he's a lier and never gave him a chance. If you took the refund and he relisted the camera the same then in that case he's a sack of **** seller. That never happened, you automatically assumed the worst case cenario. That's why I didn't like your actions.

As for overselling the camera.. come on, its an auction. I'm guessing the reason ebay didn't pay off on an insurance attempt is because you were offered a refund!

Your right but you made the choice on this thread. Your real intentions have been hung up to see. You want this to go on plain and simple. There's no way to explain or deny it. You can threaten to ban people and wip out your flame cards then cry spam spam all you want. It's a well known fact that when someone plays two sides in an attempt to destabilize a newsgroup then that someone is a Troll. One of the very few moderolls I've seen.

Cameraguy, you left out one key factor. If the seller is GOING TO FIX THE CAMERA and resell it, then why I can't I have the camera, SINCE I WON THE AUCTION!

Once again, someone knocks me for PREVENTING a possible problem in a PEACEFUL manner.

Your ambivalence to my unfair banning was a major reason I "spammed" my own forum. I've dealt with my share of somewhat overindulgent folk who don't seem to care if the person sitting next to them has been treated unfairly, and I'm tired of it.

That's why I put you and Super-8 Booster in the hotseat. Only the hotseat barely got warm, and you too showed different colors than the ones you presented on this forum up until that time.
